Ugh. Slept in this morning. I went to bed right at midnight last night, that plus up late on Thu kinda did me in. Back on track today, right?!
Having friends over always causes me to trend toward staying up later (stayed up later last night). Probably because I don’t start the winding down process as early. Crawled out of bed and got off to school, though.
Wednesday night went to bed okay, got up okay today.
Whee! Went to bed on time last night; got up on time this morning. A good thing, I’d say!
Didn’t go to sleep promptly, but school got me up on time. ![]()
Well, I’m getting out of bed on time, but missing the mark when it comes to getting to bed on time. Need to get that back on track, or I’ll be a mess. ![]()
I was up a tiny bit late because I worked on my desktop machine’s issues a little too long. But I crawled out of bed anyway, perhaps a tad late. Weekends are my bane. I tend to have company Thu/Fri, combine that with no real reason to get out obed other than to maintain schedule makes getting out of bed on the weekends a challenge.
Tomorrow’s monday. Day 1 of Spring Semester. (ominous music…)
Whew. I stayed up until midnight last night, and it was very difficult to get out of bed this morning. Got up by 6:45, though. Not too bad given its a saturday.
Hmm. Has it really been a week already? Excellent. I got up on time this morning, didn’t even really feel awful like I normally do. Despite company, I went to bed before midnight, which was probably good enough. ![]()
Got up on time, ran Nell to school. Tonight we have friends over, which is always tricky getting to bed on time. But last night, was in bed at around 10:30ish.

I was tired today. But my focus/concentration was better, so the patternmay eventually settle down and I’ll feel less tired, yes?
Woke up early this morning, but went back to bed, then got up on time.

I got up on time today…painful though. Bathroom lights need dimmer switches, that’s all I’m saying. It could go on the same remote as, you know, the mute button for neighbors and the like.
Went to bed at a reasonable hour last night as well, hopefully I’ll do it again tonight.
Despite staying up a little last night, I got out of bed at 6:35am, which should make it less likely that I’ll be up late tonight. Nelalvai resumes school in the morning, so I’ll be ferrying her about, which serves as a good ‘gotta get out of bed’ impetus.
Whee!
So I completely fubar’d my plans of getting up on time and going to bed on time for pretty much a week. The 27th through the 1st (inclusive), I stayed up late, got up late, and golly, I suffered for it.
That many days remvoed, it doesn’t seem right to me to “count” that cycle. So I’ll start over today. I got up at 6:40am this morning, close enough to 6:30am that I’m willing to count it. I’ll try to get to bed on time, and hopefully, I’ll be back on track and well into my 2nd first week before anyone notices I slipped up. Oh. Too late. ![]()

Up on time, but, Today was a miserable day. I picked up some kind of gastro-intestinal bug. I spent the day sitting around, not really eating, and comforting my queasy tummy.

Last night went to bed somewhere between 10:05 and 10:30; watched tv for a bit and then lights out. This morning, I got up promptly at 6:30am, got myself ready; puttered around and then went to a meeting at work.
My main problem right now is that my body hasn’t adapted, so I tend to feel negatively, and unmotivated to do things like Wii. I did a token amount this evening; hopefully I’ll do better tomorrow.

I won’t report on whether I go to bed on time until the next day, but today, I woke up at 6:35am. Kinda just lazed about in bed though, watched some TV. Doing this on vacation may make it gentler (no need to get going too much) but slower (brutal would force me into a routine faster).
We’ll see how it goes. I’ve not Wii’d yet today, but I’ll report on the Wii’ing tomorrow. ![]()
